Not too much excitement today: Classes, my second exam of the semester, reading, writing, planning this week and weekend, resting up physically and financially for it.
The most exciting part of today was my first international conversation with Chad, who's now in Australia.
Me: My friend Gisela and Mike are driving down together.
Chad: Gisela, that's an awesome name!
Me: She's Latina. You'd like her.
Me: She's one of my mejores amigas.
Chad: Ah, I'm so jealous! Tell her I said "hola."
Because I guess his harem of a dozen or so Latinas isn't enough?
