Andrew's peanut butter chocolate smoothie

I changed the ingredients and proportions a bit.

  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons raw chocolate (cacao nibs)
  • 1 scoop (28g) vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk

Blend until smooth. Fits nicely into a pint glass. High in protein and antioxidants; low in carbs and cholesterol. Add ½ cup of sliced banana if you want. (Improves taste and texture. Adds 67 more calories, 15 more net carbs, 11% more Vitamin C, and 9% more calcium.)
